China PVC Pure Powder Trade Update: November 2025 Imports, Exports and Key Markets

According to the latest customs statistics, China imported 16,000 tonnes of PVC pure powder in November 2025, representing a sharp month-on-month increase of 44.2%, while posting a slight year-on-year decline of 1.7%. Over the same period, exports totaled 275,000 tonnes, down 11.8% from October but up 29.6% compared with November 2024.

On a cumulative basis, from January to November 2025, China's PVC pure powder imports reached 202,000 tonnes, edging up 1.5% year-on-year. Cumulative exports stood at 3.509 million tonnes, registering a substantial year-on-year increase of 47.1%.

In November, China's PVC pure powder imports were mainly sourced from the United States, Japan, and Taiwan, China, which accounted for 60.3%, 17.7%, and 15.5% of total imports, respectively. On the export side, India remained the largest destination, absorbing 28.5% of shipments, followed by Vietnam and Uzbekistan with shares of 7.1% and 6.0%, respectively.

From January to November, the United States remained China's leading source of PVC pure powder imports, supplying 123,000 tonnes, or 60.7% of the total, followed by Japan with 40,000 tonnes (19.8%) and Taiwan, China with 30,000 tonnes (14.9%). During the same period, China's PVC pure powder exports were primarily destined for India, totaling 1.421 million tonnes and accounting for 40.5% of overall exports. Vietnam and Uzbekistan followed, with export volumes of 217,000 tonnes and 151,000 tonnes, representing 6.2% and 4.3%, respectively.
